Proudly Serving The Truck Insurance Industry Since 1974
Commercial Carriers Insurance Agency, Inc. was formed in 1974 to service
the needs of the transportation industry - although we now provide quality
insurance protection to all industries of the business sector.
We began in a
small office in Cerritos, California and built our itself around
providing
outstanding service. While a low premium was always going to be
important
to our customers, we felt quality service was the best way to help insureds
lower their overall cost of insurance. We fulfill our client's needs quickly and
accurately the first time they call. As a result of this philosophy, we have
grown and prospered, year after year.
During our first few years, we learned that we needed to do more for our clients than simply sell them a policy. We began to purchase and start-up companies which would complement our agency and give us
in-house control over all the services our clients would need throughout the year. We now offer the following in-house services: sales, customer service, claims adjusting, premium financing, loss prevention and association benefits. As our expertise and reputation grew in the marketplace, we became program managers for several different insurance companies. We currently have 11 underwriters on staff to prepare insurance quotes in-house, which gives us the ability to be more flexible in the premiums we provide.
In order to provide our clients greater strength, stability and additional products, we joined the MEADOWBROOK® INSURANCE GROUP in 1997. As our parent company, this very successful, national insurance group has given us the ability to offer our clients more than we ever thought possible.
